Call, E-Mail or text and I am happy to answer all of your questions and concerns. I will email you a Tax Organizer with a checklist of what I need to prepare your Tax Return. Want a face to face? ZOOM is preferred but I also FaceTime by appointment.

Downloading ZOOM to a phone or tablet is easy by going to the App Store or visit https://zoom.us/support/download?os=android to download to your computer. I will email you an Appointment time and link.

I E-Mail you a link so that you can SAFELY & SECURELY upload all of your tax documents. Use the link as many times as you need. You can upload as many PDF, Excel, Word or Pic documents as you want from your computer or phone or tablet. EASY!

Prepaid Priority Envelopes

I can also mail you a Self Addressed USPS Priority Envelope to slip all your documents and send them to me. There's no need to wait in line at the post office. Just drop it in the box. All original documents will be returned. EASY!

You can use one or both methods, whatever is easiest for you.

Your COMPLETED RETURN...

I can deliver your completed return by E-Mail through a secure link or by USPS Priority Mail.

Paperless

I E-Mail a copy of your completed return through a SECURE LINK and another E-Mail for you to ELECTRONICALLY SIGN your E-File Authorizations. EASY!

USPS Priority Mail

If you like a hard copy, I send you a copy along with your E-File Authorizations for you to sign and send back with your remittance. EASY!

My Fees

You can pay our invoice on the first page of this website or you can use Zelle by searching my phone or email address or VENMO by searching DianeEllisTaxLady. You can also send a check with your Signed Efile Authorizations.
